New state law - Everyone participating in school sports must have concussion training in order to be eligible for trying out for a school sport team.

In order to try-out for a sport, the PARENT and STUDENT must attend one of the concussion trainings. The following are dates of concussion trainings for the 2012-13 school year:

March 13th, 2013. Starts promptly at 6:30

All 6th grade students and a parent are required to attend concussion training to validate a physical form. If you are a rising 7th or 8th grader and did not attend one last year, you and a parent must also attend one of the seminars.

Any 7th or 8th grader who attended concussion training last year has the option to complete the training on-line. Start the online training.

Students will need to have an up-to-date physical in order to participate in a sport.  Please click here to access the new physical form.  No other physical form will be accepted.  It must be the NEW form, revised as of February 2012. 

Physicals for the 2011-12 school year will be given here at the school on Tuesday, August 28th, 2012.
Physicals will start at 6:30 p.m. and the cost is $27. Checks should be made payable to "Family Medicine".
